Frequently asked questions about Smart Bridges and sub-device offline

Smart Bridge
1. The device is offline
a. Make sure the Smart Bridge is powered on.
b. Make sure the Smart Bridge has not been factory reset.
c. Make sure that the Smart Bridge is within the control range and the distance between it and the smart device is less than 40 meters.
d. If none of the above can be resolved, try to reset the Smart Bridge to factory settings, and then add it again.

 

2. Remote offline
a. Make sure that the mobile phone and the Smart Bridge are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
b. Make sure that the Wi-Fi network connected to the Smart Bridge is smooth and can access the Internet.
c. Make sure that the Smart Bridge is as close as possible to the router without a partition in between.

 

3. Local offline
a. Make sure the mobile phone Bluetooth is turned on.
b. Make sure the Smart Bridge has not been factory reset.
c. Make sure that the Smart Bridge is within the control range and the distance between it and the smart device is less than 40 meters.
d. The mobile phone is connected to wifi (but not connected to the network wifi you paired for the first time), so it shows that the local is offline, or use a personal network

 


Sub-device
1. The device is offline
a. Make sure your device is plugged into a power source.
b. Make sure your device has not been factory reset
c. Make sure your Smart Bridge is within the control range, and the distance between smart devices is less than 30 meters.
d. If none of the above can be solved, try to restore the device to factory settings, and then add it again.

 

2. Remote offline
a. No Smart Bridge is added, and the sub-device is only connected via Bluetooth pairing

 

3. Local offline
a. Make sure your phone's Bluetooth connection is online
