2. If you cannot connect to the Third-party voice service platform, we can troubleshoot according to the following guidelines:
1) Maybe cloud offline, please refer to "The smart device is remote offline what should I do?"
2) If it still cannot be solved, please restore the device to factory settings before connecting. If the problem still exists through the above methods, please click "Profile" at the bottom right of the main page of the APP, select "Support", and contact customer service for help through online feedback.
