If the color of the strip light does not match the color selected by the APP, it is due to the incorrect color sorting of the strip light and the controller, which can be adjusted by color calibration (RGB).

Please follow the steps below:

1. Click the corresponding device on the Home page of the App to enter the device control interface;

2. Click "..." in the upper right corner and select "Device Information";

3. Click the "Color Calibration (RGB)" option to select the color currently displayed by the light strip.

4. Observe whether the color of the strip light is the same as the color selected by the App.

If the above methods cannot solve the color consistency problem, it is recommended that you contact the strip light seller to replace the strip light with the corresponding wiring type.
