How to switch the roles of “Common Member” or “Administrator”？

Only the Owner has permissions to change the roles.

1. Home owner goes to the Surplife "Profile" page, then click on "Home Management".

2. Enter "Home Management" page, choose a home on the list which you want to operate.

3. Select the family member whose permission you want to change, click "Administrative rights" to set role.
