Why can't I receive a verification code when I register an account/forget password/logout in the APP?

If you do not receive the email verification code, we suggest you do the following:

1. Please make sure that the email address you entered is correct.

2. Please go to your mailbox to check whether it is in the "trash box".

3. If it is not found in the "trash box", it is possible that your mailbox has opened the firewall and blocked our emails. It is recommended that you use Gmail.
